1. Scope of services
Nexoratech provides custom software development, mobile application development for Android and iOS, IT support and maintenance, QA and cloud services. The exact scope is always defined in an individual contract or order.
2. Offers and contracts
Our offers are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is concluded when both parties sign it or when the client confirms the offer in writing.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in EUR or CZK excluding VAT. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless the contract says otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, all deliverables including source code and documentation become the client’s property upon full payment.
5. Support and SLA
Support services are provided according to the selected plan. Response and resolution times, availability and compensation for missed targets are defined in the service level agreement.
6. Liability and confidentiality
Both parties protect each other’s confidential information. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the affected service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Prague.
